Aqua aerobics classes offer you a great way to stay fit without aggravation or risking injury. Using the resistance of water automatically increases the intensity of your workout, helping to increase your strength, flexibility and your overall health.
Classes are similar to using weights or machines in a gym, however, water aerobics give you a natural buoyancy to help protect and target particular areas of your body that require attention.

All classes can be booked up to 73 hours in advance to secure your spot. You can book via our Active World membership app or at reception.
Book your classes via Active World
Simply follow the steps below to secure your next class:
- Download the Active World app and login.
- Select 'Book Group Fitness' from your Home Page.
- Find your desired Group Fitness Class in listed options and click Book.
- Select a member to book the class for.
- Confirm your payment details (not applicable for full access members), read the Terms and Conditions, and select Confirm Booking.
You will now be able to view your booked class in My Schedule, from where you can view class details or notify your absence. Now you’re ready to get active with us!
